Responsibilities:
- Maintain, support and optimise the existing NiCE RPA platform, ensuring stability, resilience, and operational continuity.
- Troubleshoot automation workflows and platform performance issues, implementing remediations and improvements.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and automation specialists to contribute to platform evolution and modernisation plans.
- Support knowledge transfer from incumbent teams and ensure documentation is kept accurate and current.
- Contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code and wider automation engineering practices where appropriate.
- Work within security and compliance guidelines aligned to government standards.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience with NiCE RPA.
- Strong background in platform engineering or DevOps.
- Solid understanding of automation tooling, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management.
- Ability to debug complex automation issues and work across cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting critical production systems in enterprise or government environments.
- Active SC or eligibility to undergo SC.
- Familiarity with AWS, Jenkins, Terraform, or adjacent DevOps tooling.
- Experience working on transformation projects where legacy tech is being transitioned or modernised.
