We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with government stakeholders and wider delivery teams to understand business needs, capture and analyse requirements, and translate these into clear requirements for technical and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with key stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical and delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Support effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Active SC clearance is required.
- Strong Business Analysis experience within complex digital or technology programmes.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical and delivery teams.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience within UK Central Government is beneficial.
